Nice meeting you

My name is Natasja Hoogterp

My life has shaped me into who I am today – and I wouldn’t want to be anyone else.
My path has taken me along winding roads, with high peaks, deep valleys, and breathtaking views along the way. Everything I have experienced, lived through, and explored has given me both a deep sensitivity and a solid foundation.

I use this life experience, together with the knowledge and tools from my coaching trainings – and my natural gift for creating connection – to guide others through their own transformation. I walk alongside them on their journey of growth, healing, grief, and the rediscovery of inner strength.

Honesty, depth, and genuine connection without masks matter deeply to me. I work – and live – from a place of love and passion. A passion for life, for love, and for nature.

Nature, with all its seasons and everything living within it, symbolizes for me the circle of life – an ongoing rhythm of beginnings, growth, release, and renewal. This natural cycle reflects not only the flow of daily life but also the inner processes of grief, healing, and transformation. In the stillness of nature, I find peace, insight, and healing – a space where everything is welcome, free from judgment.

True growth begins by coming home to yourself – by daring to feel, to pause, and to truly connect with who you are at your core. Not from the head, but from the heart. From there, space opens up: to heal, to let go, to bloom. Only when you dare to meet yourself fully, with everything that is there, can real movement begin. Movement toward freedom, longing, and balance.

What drives me?
That moment after an intense transformation, when someone finally comes home to themselves – when they reconnect with who they are, with their desires – and I see that spark of light in their eyes… That moment is magic to me. Every single time. And it never stops touching me.

Alongside my work as a coach, I also give talks for diverse audiences on life, resilience, connection, and the power of vulnerability

About my boek

This book is my answer to the question I’m asked most often:
“How can you stand so strong and radiant in life after everything you’ve been through?”

While writing, I aimed to share my story with honesty and sincerity – the raw pain, the paralyzing anger, the helplessness that sometimes overwhelmed me. But also the moments of euphoria, deep gratitude, and the boundless love I was fortunate enough to experience along the way.

I’ve learned that growth doesn’t come just from reading books – but from living. From falling, slipping, getting lost in the dark… and then rising again. Over and over.

With this book, I want to support you. To let you know that you are not alone. That there is someone who sees you, who understands. Above all, I hope to offer you the insights I once so desperately needed myself – practical tools, gentle encouragement, and little sparks of light on dark days.

If even one passage, one moment of recognition or inspiration touches your heart and encourages you to become the best version of yourself – and in doing so, makes not only your life but also the world around you a little more beautiful – then my mission is fulfilled.

Are you looking for a speaker who truly touches hearts and creates connection?

My interactive talks are honest, vulnerable, and touch the heart.
I invite audiences into my personal story of grief, resilience, healing, and the journey of coming home to yourself.

I don’t just come to speak – I invite people to feel, to share, and to engage in real conversation. Together, we go deeper. This opens space for recognition, reflection, connection, and movement – always tailored to the theme and the audience.

From the heart, I guide people through my life’s path – a road filled with stones, bumps, potholes, steep climbs, hairpin turns, deep valleys, and daunting descents. Along the way, I share how I kept noticing the breathtaking views, savored the warmth of the sun on my face, and learned how to dance in the rain.

My story is one of falling and rising again, of grief, resilience, trust, surrender, love, growth – and ultimately, coming home to yourself. I believe we don’t make mistakes – we experience learning moments. Everything I’ve been through has shaped me into who I am today. And I wouldn’t want to be anyone else.

My strength lies in breaking taboos, opening hearts, and bringing gentleness to what is often felt as heavy or uncomfortable.
My gift is helping people reconnect – with themselves, with others, and with their deepest desires and dreams.

I give voice to what often remains unspoken – whether it’s physical pain, mental struggles, or the tender topic of sexuality – and invite people to fully embrace themselves.

Nature plays an important role in my talks. For me, it symbolizes the circle of life – the rhythm of letting go, growing, and beginning again.

I offer these interactive talks for a wide range of audiences – from healthcare professionals and educational institutions to personal development events, and even within justice and law enforcement.

Always tailored. Never a standard speech, but an authentic encounter.
